TERMS OF SERVICES

DARKFLOWER31 hereby sets the terms and conditions below to be read, understood and abided by the client, as they commission the artist.

❖ Age doesn't matter but when it comes to NSFW commission you must be 18 yrs old or older.❖ You acknowledge that i'm a Digital Artist and my work is mostly digital only, meaning there will be no any shipping or physical goods.❖ My work is for personal or private use only, meaning i do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless it was a commercial usage is specifically accorded at the time the order is made.❖ As the Artist I still maintain all and absolute rights of my works; This includes publishing the work on every social medias I have, or adding it as a part of my portfolio.❖ Neither commisioner nor anyone else were allowed to edit, copy (inspiration), or used it as reference.
You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.
Credits to me (@darkflower31; the artist) or any link of my social medias must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.

PROCESS AND PAYMENT DETAILS

❖ Discussion of commission, can be conducted via any of my social media account Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook page (@darkflower31).❖ Commissions are not first come, first served. I reserve the right to decline your order if I don't feel comfortable or I'm not able to work on it, and to work with clients whose order I feel the most passionate about as it directly influences the quality of the product.❖ Visual Reference Guidelines. The client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference or text description about the character. The more references, the better.- To make the artwork more accurate to your liking, please specify the details of the character to avoid mistakes and revisions.❖ Payments are in USD for International and PHP for Local(Philippines), All payments will only be made through Paypal for international clients and both Paypal & Gcash for local clients. I will not be accepting any sort of payment aside from cash, exposure won’t pay my bills.❖ Strictly payment first before the sketch.
Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the artwork❖ Canceling/Refund Policy. I mainly don't refund due to Paypal’s refund fee, please don’t take it personally.-The client is not allowed to request a refund under any circumstances after the payment is received.
-The client can only cancel the commission if the payment hasn’t been sent yet.
-The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason and without explanation.
-If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it in any state, a full refund will be given.❖ Work in Progress (WIPS). WIPS depends on the type of commission that the client ordered, but most likely the client will receive an update on the following stages:-Sketch
-Sketch Clean Up
-Coloring
-Lighting
-Rendering❖ Revisions. You will only be given 2 chances of free minor revisions per piece; Any more revisions will be charged depending on how big it is unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
